It was in January 1982 that the actress was birthed Jodie Lee-Ann Sweetin in Los Angeles, California on the 19th. Although she was the only seed of her parents, they were not available to raise her as they got involved with the law, ending up in prison which meant she was adopted by her uncle and his wife when she was only 9 months old.

It was obvious from her younger days that Jodie was cut out for the world of make-believe. It all began in 2002 when 20-years-old Jodie decided to become the life partner of Shaun Holguin, a Los Angeles police officer. Jodie and Shaun made a perfect couple until 2006 when the marriage came to an end. According to reports, the actress didn’t inform Shaun about her addiction problems which he only found out in 2005 after she had a wild party and was hospitalized.

Sweetin wasted no time to find love again following the end of her first marriage. She started dating Cody Herpin, the man who would become her second husband in May 2007. Less than a couple of months later, precisely on the 14th of July 2007, she got married to him.

But like her first marriage, Jodie’s union with Cody Herpin was fated to end quickly. The actress filed for a divorce claiming that Herpin was unwilling to get a job and support the family. Following a court battle, their divorce was finalized in April 2010. It was with Cody that the actress had her first child, a daughter named Zoie Laurel May Herpin who was born on April 12, 2008.

Before her separation from Cody was finalized, Jodie was already dating Morty Coyle. On 31st August 2010, the couple welcomed their daughter Beatrix Carlin Sweetin-Coyle. They got engaged the next year and subsequently became man and wife in March 2012. But barely a year later, in June 2013, the actress again filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, their marriage got officially dissolved in September 2016.
