Mia Abagale Tallarico was born to American parents Steven Tyler and Cyrinda Foxe at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire on December 22, 1978.

She was raised along with her siblings (Chelsea Anna Tallarico, Taj Monroe Tallarico) around Lake Sunapee, a lake located in New Hampshire, by their renowned musician father and actress mother.

Mia’s mother is Cyrinda Foxe, as earlier mentioned. Born as Kathleen Victoria Hetzekian in Santa Monica, California, Foxe was raised in an abusive Armenian home. She changed her name to Cyrinda Foxe just shortly after she became an actress.

As a young and charming woman, she had many failed relationships with heavyweights like James Williamson and musician , who featured her in his 1973 single hit The Jean Genie.

Her first marriage was to David Johansen (Aerosmith’s band lead singer) in 1977. Foxe left David in 1978 for Steven Tyler, who was also the band’s lead singer at the time. The lovebirds later got married after some time and not long after, they had Mia.

At first, Steven and Foxe’s marriage was moving fine and rosy but after a few years; the couple began to face difficulties in their young union which was reported to be plagued by extramarital affairs, physical and emotional abuse, and drug addiction.

The duo finally called it quits shortly before Aerosmith made an outstanding comeback in the late 1980s.

Mia’s mom died on September 7, 2002, from an inoperable brain tumour. She was earlier diagnosed with a mild stroke in 2011 and was left broke, with no apartment and money. Prior to her death in September, she got married to musician Keith Waa on August 28, 2002, in a room at the Gramercy Park Hotel. The room was paid for from money raised by Tyler and Bowie from the sales of their signed guitars.
