Missi Pyle is a well-rounded Hollywood actress and also a music artist. She announced her presence in Hollywood following a brilliant performance in the 1999 comedy film Galaxy Quest. She went on to star in numerous movies from the year 2000 through 2010 particularly in the comedy genre. Some of her notable film credits include 50 First Dates, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Soccer Mom, Gone Girl, and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.

Missi Pyle was born Andrea Kay Pyle on November 16, 1972, to Linda and Frank Pyle. She was born in Houston, Texas but was raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She has 4 older siblings and 2 younger half-siblings. She attended Germantown High School in Germantown, Tennessee and for college, she schooled at the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Missi Pyle also played the lead role of Wendy Handler in the comedy film Soccer Mom (2008) and she also appeared in Miss Nobody (2010), The Artist (2011) and My Uncle Rafael (2012). She also starred in the horror comedy film A Haunted House 2 (2014) as well as the highly successful thriller movie Gone Girl (2014), starring alongside Ben Affleck.

Three years later, she gave another shot at marriage when she tied the knot with Casey Anderson, a wildlife naturalist and TV host. The duo got married on September 12, 2008, in Montana. Their union lasted for about 5 years and the actress announced their split in 2013.

Pyle also dated actor and comedian Josh Meyers sometime in the past. However, it is unclear if she is in any relationship at the moment.
