Robin Christensen Roussimoff is a model, female wrestler, and daughter of the famous World Wrestling Foundation (WWF) superstar and legend, Andre Rene Roussimoff, better known to the rest of the world as “Andre The Giant”. The mention of Robin’s name may not ring a bell to many, but her father’s moniker would definitely be remembered by fans of the WWE. Such was her father’s fame, that almost 26 years after his death, many would still remember the towering mountain of a man. Robin Christensen Roussimoff was born sometime in 1979 in France. There is no record of the exact town or city she was born in, neither has her exact date of birth ever been mentioned. Her parents were not living together when she was born and infant Robin was mostly raised by her mother who was based in France. As aforementioned, her father was the very popular wrestling legend, Andre “The Giant” Roussimoff, while her mother was named Jean Christensen. She was the only child of her parents and unfortunately, she has become an orphan now, as her parents are both dead.
Robin, her mother, and family, have not made known any information with regards to her early years growing up, her educational status and/or college she has attended till date. There is little or no information generally about Robin’s life that is known to the public. She seems to be a very private person, who tends to shy away from the public space.

She can recollect clearly that she only saw her father just 5 times in her entire life; she believes he wanted to see more of her, but his busy schedule and career did not just afford him the luxury of time to do so.

Long and die-hard fans of wrestling can comfortably tell the tale of who Andre The Giant was. He was one of the best wrestlers that the WWF ever produced. He was undefeated for close to 15 years in his active days as a wrestler and despite his towering and imposing physique, he was also known as the gentle giant. He weighed in at 236 Kg (520 lbs) and towered over other very impressively built wrestling superstars at 7 feet and 4 inches (a whopping 224 cm).
Andre’s mammoth size was as a result of a gigantism disorder, brought about by the release of excess growth hormones in his body. This condition later turned into acromegaly, a condition he refused to be operated upon to cure it, fearing that its cure might lead to him losing his unique physique.
