Savannah May was born on the 12th day of August in the year 2000 in Houston, Texas, to Kurt and Lori May. She was raised in Houston by her parents alongside two other siblings – a brother named Dylan and a sister whose name is not yet known. She is American by nationality and belongs to the white ethnic group.

Regarding her educational background, there is currently no detail in that aspect but some reports say she is currently a college student. Growing up Savannah May developed a flair for dancing at 3. Eight years later at the age of 11, her love for stage performance was ignited. This saw her going for an audition for a musical theatre academy, called The Humphreys School of Musical Theatre. She spent five years training with the academy to sharpen and build her singing, dancing and acting skills. After that training, Savannah relocated to Los Angeles (LA) and soon went into acting. In 2019, she appeared in her very first movie The Secret lives of Cheerleaders. In the movie, she portrayed the role of Ava, a young girl who had a whole lot of stuff from her past, moving to a new environment and she found it a little bit difficult to adapt to the changes.
