Anna Kooiman, the news anchor was born on the 7th day of February 1984 to mother Susan Kooiman and father Wally Kooiman. Anna was bred in Charlotte, North Carolina and her parents still reside there and run their personal business known as Southeast Oasis Pool and the Peppermint Forest Christmas Shop.

Anna’s educational background can be traced to Myers Park High School where she graduated from in 2002. In the year 2005, after graduating from the university, Anna started her career as an intern with WWAY-TV. After her internship, she continued working for the network as an anchor, a reporter, and a video journalist. Two years later, she got a job with the local NBC affiliate WNWO where she functioned as a reporter and a morning anchor and during her days with the network, she also functioned as the franchise reporter for a partnership with the united states Marshals which had aided in catching over 100 outlaws at that time.

Anna met Tim Stuckey during the weekend of Hurricane Sandy while he was on a trip with some of his Kiwi buddies. Tim is a native of Australia. The lovebirds engaged in a long-distance relationship for a year and six months and they had to travel a long distance just to have a date. On the long run, Tim had to move over to Anna’s to test if the relationship will still work at a closer range, especially when there is no holiday to enjoy. The sports anchor has confessed that she, along with her spouse, are adventurous in nature and have a mutual love for traveling and that Tim has an infectious zest for life, unlike anybody she knows.

According to the sports reporter, their travels have taken them to so many places: to England, to Greece, to the Czech Republic, Croatia, the Dominican Republic, Italy, Austria and Australia and all over the United States of America. Anna said that the reason why they are drawn to each other is that they are both fascinated by culture in diversity and she believes that they will still travel more in the nearest future.

Anna Kooiman broke the news of her engagement to Tim on her Facebook page on February 8th, 2015. The couple got engaged in Australia while Anna was on a vacation. The lovebirds were both watching the sunrise over Sydney Harbor when Tim proposed. The couple tied the nuptials on the 31st day of July 2015 and their wedding took place at Manhattan’s Central Park Loeb Boathouse.

Tim made an appearance on Fox & Friends for a cooking segment in 2016, and the show received a lot of social media attention for using Vegemite which is the signature Aussie condiment.

Anna seems to be having a swell time with her husband and to date, there has not been any sign of friction in their marriage and divorce seems to be very far from them. Their marriage is blessed with a cute boy named Brooks Kooiman Stuckey who is their only offspring for now.

It appears that Anna’s husband landed a plum job at Tullet Prebon in Australia and Anna is moving with him although it has been confirmed that she will still be working with FNC in her capacity as a freelance reporter. According to Bill Shine, co-president of the network, Fox will continue to fill the vacancy created by Anna’s exit with a succession of rotating guest co-hosts until such a time when a new co-host will be named. On her own part, Anna bid farewell to her fans though she confesses that she will miss them terribly, but her husband needs her by his side.
