Kristi Gibson is also a talented actress, as previously mentioned. She starred in the American psychological thriller A Letter from Death Row in 1998. Her performance in the movie was well received and her fame skyrocketed in turn. She went on to appear in other popular works such as High Tension, Low Budget (The Making Of A Letter From Death Row) in 1999 and American comedy-drama The Untold Story (2019).

Gibson started dating American musician and frontman of the rock band, Poison, Bret Michaels in 1994. The duo dated on and off for more than one decade and had two lovely daughters, Raine in 2000 and Jorja Blue five years later, in 2005. The family of four debuted a reality documentary TV series on VH1, Bret Michaels: Life as I Know It in October 2010. Michaels realized that Kristin Gibson was the woman tailored for him and on one of the episodes of the show, he asked Gibson to be his wife.

Bret Michaels is an American singer-songwriter and musician. He became popular as the lead singer of the glam metal band Poison known for their single Every Rose Has Its Thorn. He is also an actor, director, and a solo artist.

Michaels wrote, directed and starred in the 1998 film A Letter from Death Row. As a solo artist, he has released several albums including the soundtrack album to the movie – A Letter from Death Row. He also released Rock My World, Songs of Life (2003), Freedom of Sound (2005), and Custom Built, his highest-charting album as a solo artist. The album peaked at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hard Rock list. Hit Parader ranked him at #40 on their list of greatest Heavy metal singers of all-time in 2006.

His TV credits include his work as a judge on the talent show Nashville Star, the hit VH1 reality show Rock of Love with Bret Michaels and its sequels, Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It. He was the winning contestant on NBC’s reality show Celebrity Apprentice 3.

Kristi Gibson’s Daughter – Raine Michaels

Raine Elizabeth Michaels is Kristi Gibson and Bret’s eldest daughter. She was born on May 20, 2000, in Los Angeles, California. She lived in Vancouver for five years and then spent eight years in Arizona with her family before returning to LA to complete her high school education. Raine is a journalism student at Belmont University in Nashville.

She is a beautiful combo of her parents as much as her younger sister is. Raine is an actress and a bikini model while Jorja is an aspiring actress and singer. Her acting credits include The Last Sharknado: It’s About Time. 

She started nursing the dream to be a model since she was 13 after seeing clad in a skimpy bikini and jacket on the cover of Sports Illustrated issue in 2013. One would think that her mom’s modeling history and her father’s connections would give her the needed headway into the career of her dreams, but that was not to be. The young girl had a hard time getting her start in the industry.

She was first signed to an agency at the age of 16 on the condition that she slim down. After several failed attempts to attain the required size, she almost gave up until she came across One Management NYC in January 2019, which happily accepted her curvy figure. Eventually, her dreams began to take shape.

She landed her first modeling gig with Swimsuit Illustrated and became one of the mag’s finalists for the Swimsuit model search in the 2019 Issue. Raine plans to move to NYC to pursue her modeling career and hopes to continue her courses online.
