Chef turned rapper Ariyan Arslani popularly known by his stage name Action Bronson is a multi-talented rapper, chef, reality television star, and author. He is notable for hosting variety shows including The Untitled Action Bronson Show and Fuck, That’s Delicious. Prior to his music career, Action worked with fire-flame gourmet in New York City as a chef, he started an online cooking show called Action in the Kitchen and also published a cookbook titled Fuck, That’s Delicious.

Bio (Age)
Ariyan Arslani was born in Queens, New York in the United States on December 2, 1983. He was raised by a Muslim father who is of Albanian descent and an American-Jewish mother. He grew up in strict Muslim traditions before he began his rapping career. His family had a restaurant at the time and Action often went there in his free time to help out his parents. He also attended the Art Institute of New York’s culinary program before he started his career as a chef.
Career
After his graduation from the Art Institute, Bronson who has been very close to his parent’s restaurant started his career as a chef. Later on, he worked as a master chef at fire-flame gourmet, a restaurant in New York City. He also started an online cooking show titled Action in the Kitchen and later published a cookbook titled Fuck, That’s Delicious. During one of his shows, Bronson encountered an accident in the kitchen which led to a leg injury.
After the incident, Action Bronson decided to focus on his rapping career. He released his first studio album titled Dr. Lecter under Fine Fabric Delegates in March 2011. He was not signed to a label at the time; his songs were produced by a New York-based producer named Tommy Mas. In 2012, he signed to Warner Bros. Records and later, he released other albums and mixtapes including Well-Done in 2011, Blue Chips 2 in 2013, and his debut album titled Mr. Wonderful in 2015. Bronson also released his major hit album titled Saab Stories.
Additionally, the talented rapper started his self-hosted television shows including Fuck, That’s Delicious, The Untitled Action Bronson Show, and Traveling the Stars: Action Bronson and Friends Watch ‘Ancient Aliens’.
Following his unique rapping style and wonderful performances, Bronson was nominated for BET Hip Hop Awards twice, first in 2013, as Rockie of the Year and in 2014, his album Blue Chips 2 was nominated under Bet Mixtape category. He is currently signed to Vice Records and Atlantic Records.
