Lionel Laporte, his father, was a rugby player, and his mother was a football player. Laporte also has two siblings; Leo Laporte is his brother, while Alexia Laporte is his sister. Leo Laporte, his brother, is a professional football player. On the other hand, his sister Alexia Laporte is a professional soccer player.
