Florida Girls TV show is centered on the lives of four friends – Shelby, Kaitlin, Jayla, and Erica, who were struggling to make ends meet. However, when their neighbor passed her General Education Diploma exams (GED) and moved to another city in pursuit of a career, Shelby, played by Laura Chinn, was inspired to aim for a better life and she wanted to achieve this with the other three ladies.

The events that follow in the sitcom show the four friends seeking out opportunities to upgrade their standard of living. The popular new sitcom has been renewed for its second season and Pop TV is still in charge of airing Florida Girls 2 which started on the 3rd of October 2019. It is also known that Florida Girls season 1 made its initial appearance on Pop TV on July 10th, 2019 and was on up till August 7th, 2019. This first season has 10 episodes in it and each of them had a running time of about 22 minutes.
