The screen star was born as Georgia Ford on the 30th day of June 1990 and her birth took place in Chicago, Illinois in the United States. She is the daughter of actor Harrison Ford and his wife, Melissa Mathison. While her father has established himself as an award-winning Hollywood actor, her mom, on the other hand, was also a renowned screenwriter.

Growing up, Georgia had a relatively normal childhood just like every other child. She spent her early years in Los Angeles where she completed her basic education at Wildwood School. Soon after she graduated, the actress proceeded to London where she bagged a degree in Theatre. However, the name of the institution she attended has not been revealed.

The young actress kicked off her acting career not long ago and her first film role was in the 2013 movie, American Milkshake. Harrison Ford’s daughter suffers from epilepsy. Her father made this revelation in March 2016 while delivering a speech at the Find a Cure for Epilepsy and Seizures (FACES) campaign held at the New York University Langone Medical Centre. According to him, she had her first attack when she was very young, however, she was misdiagnosed. Subsequently, while studying in London, she had another attack for which she was brought to New York University’s Medical Centre. Since then, she has been on the right medications which have helped her manage the illness.
