The Alaska-born actress Irene Bedard is one of the few native American actresses who has gained much recognition for their roles in TV films. Irene is popular for her voice role as Pocahontas in both the Disney animated film Pocahontas and its direct-to-video sequel Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World.
