His Wife, Lucy Beaumont, Kids
Jon Richardson’s dating history is not elaborate. His only relationship of note is that with former actress and fellow comedian, Lucy Beaumont who he dated for two years before the couple tied the knot in 2015.
Lucy Beaumont was born in 1983 and grew up in the Spring Bank Area of Hull, England. Lucy, who lived with her mother – Gill Adams, started out with a brief acting career. She, however, made a move to comedy in an attempt to cure her stage fright.
Consequently, in 2011, she entered a comedy contest So You Think You’re Funny and came out as one of the finalists. Following this, Beaumont worked more on herself and by 2014, she staged her own show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe titled We Can Twerk It Out.
After this, she went on to have a radio show To Hull and Back on BBC Radio 2. Usually, her comedy centres on life in her hometown (Kingston upon Hull), bringing lights to the dialects, food and norms of that society. Her act is described as observational. She won an award for her show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2015. The comedy couple lives in South West London with their child.
Jon Richardson and Lucy Beaumont have an only child. Their daughter named Elsie was born in September 2016. At the time of the baby’s birth, Jon was on a nationwide tour with his new show Old Man.
The comedian has said that the baby’s arrival has affected him in many ways which he was going to incorporate into his shows
