Sarah Butler was born on February 11, 1985, and she did her growing up in Puyallup, Washington where she developed a strong interest in the arts. At the moment, other details about her childhood life and parents are unknown, she has, however, been spotted appearing on red carpets with her father.

She attended and graduated from Rogers High School in 2003 after which she moved to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California to study theatre.
