She was born in the entertainment city of Los Angeles as Tania Raymonde Helen Katz, on March 22, 1988 as part Russian, French, Italian, and German. For her education, she attended the Lycée Français de Los Angeles where she sat for her French baccalauréat.

Raymonde kick-started her acting career in 2000 when she made a guest appearance on an episode each of Providence and The Brothers Garcia, as Alice and Nicole respectively. She finally held down a 4-episode recurring role as Cynthia Sanders in Malcolm in the Middle from 2001 to 2002. To mark the end of her run with Malcolm in the Middle, Tania bagged her first feature film role in Children on their Birthdays in the same year.

As demand for her talent began to rise, so did the number of projects she was involved in. By 2006, she had been in an avalanche of television and movie projects. These included The O’Keefes (2003); NCIS (2005); The Garage (2006); and Medium (2006). It was at this time that she also started to appear on ABC’s successful series Lost. She had a recurring role on the series as the adopted daughter of Michael Emerson’s character until 2010, ending a 19-episode run.

Tania also portrayed Jodi Arias in Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret (2013). From 2015 through 2016, she also appeared in 4 episodes of TNT’s The Last Ship as Valerie Raymond.
