At first, he adopted the name ‘Ghetto Dr. Phil McGraw’ and performed at various comedy centers and television series including NBC’s Last Comic Standing, and Russell Simmons Def Comedy Jam. Later on, he hosted his own sketch comedy shows including Comedy Central Presents: Corey Holcomb, Corey Holcomb: Your Way Ain’t Working, and Corey Holcomb: The Problem Is You.
